Small Group Training & Boot Camps

At Driven Fitness we believe everyone can enjoy the challenge that comes with the growing popularity of boot camps.  But not everyone likes the “drill sargeant mentality.”  Our boot camps provide a fun, motivating, and most importantly, SAFE atmosphere for clients of all ages and abilities.  All of our boot camps are run by professional personal trainers who are nationally certified by one of the accredited certifying bodies in the U.S.

In our boot camps you will discover the Driven Fitness “F.I.T. Method.”  It means FUN INTERACTIVE TRAINING.  Classes use cardio drills and resistance exercise to increase strength and endurance while you torch calories.  It’s never the same and it’s always FUN!

Do you have an old injury you are worried about?  Do you have chronic pain or limitations that keep you from participating in a traditional boot camp class?  Then our classes are for you.  We limit most camps to 14 people, so you will always receive individual attention.  And, we can modify exercises to suit most ability levels.  So, don’t be scared!  Come try a class and enjoy a fun cardio-oriented circuit workout.

Now, we are also offering the following classes:

Stretchology ~ Our unique 45-minute class fuses movements inspired by yoga, dance and functional anatomy and is designed to help clients find physical and mental balance.  Instructors pair dynamic and static stretching techniques to loosen and lengthen tight muscles, increasing flexibility and range of motion while decreasing injury risk.

Total TRX Conditioning ~ Experience one of the hottest new workouts in OC!  Using body weight and the innovative TRX suspension straps, work muscles in your body you didn’t know you had for long, lean muscles and a rock solid core.

1x/week = $72/month (4 classes/month)

2x/week = $128/month (8 classes/month)

2x/week = $168/month (12 classes/month)
