Small Group Cross Training
Driven Fitness cross training utilizes basic fitness tools, including free weight, TRX Suspension Trainers, medicine balls and more, and state-of-the-art training programs to achieve maximum results. Our program is perfect for individuals who want the results you can get in a gym but prefer training with like-minded people in the comfort of their own surroundings. Cross training is ideal for people who want to:

Do you have an old injury that discourages you from starting a group fitness program? Do you have chronic pain or limitations that keep you from participating in a traditional boot camp class? We limit most classes to 20 people or less, so you will always receive individual attention. In addition, our classes are based on 3 levels, so you know which classes are suitable for you:
Level 1: Perfect for the beginning exerciser, Level 1 classes use low impact and flexibility exercises to help you lose weight, improve energy and gain confidence.
Level 2: Level 2 classes build on Level 1, introducing high intensity intervals to enhance weight loss while increasing strength and stamina
Level 3: Levels 3 classes are for the advanced fitness enthusiast, using heavy lifting and high intensity workouts to help you burn max calories and increase endurance while building strength and power.
