		<description>It&#039;s a miracle that happened to me.Yes...&quot;the driven fitness&quot;classes.It brought back the energy,strength and above all the confidence in me.Many thanks to Erica,I never felt a newcomer when I came in.Erica has created such a motivational environment,that it always give you a push to do better everytime.The members are awesome too,they always take care of each other.I love and enjoy all the classes,its a time that I spent solely with me,and getting the best results out of it.What else can you ask for.</description>

		<description>Great blog, I too can totally relate to it!  Life passes us in an instant, it is important for all of us to set &quot;me&quot; time and goals, which is easier said then done.  These goals range from working out to taking a few moments to just lay back and take a quick power nap.  I too plan on being more focued, organized and of course positive in 2011.</description>
