We are located on beautiful Lake Forest, close to Irvine, Mission Viejo, Foothill Ranch and Laguna Hills.  We are lucky to live in beautiful Southern California where we can workout outdoors almost all year long and most of our classes have an indoor/outdoor format. You do NOT have to be a Sun and Sail Club member to join our program.

What We Stand For

At Driven Fitness we have one focus: cross training that helps you lead and love an active lifestyle.  Some of our clients love, love, LOVE our fitness classes and use our programs as their sole source of fitness.  However, others love to run, cycle, hike, compete in triathlons and more; and they use our programs to enhance the active lives they enjoy outside of the gym.

That’s the special thing about Driven: we work with each client individually to create the best program for his or her needs.  Fitness is not one size fits all; and you should participate in a program that helps you reach YOUR goals, not somebody else’s!

A boutique-style fitness facility, Driven doesn’t  thrive on high memberships or the “mega-gym” mentality.  Rather we strive to provide a positive experience through exceptional customer service in an intimate atmosphere.  We don’t believe in breaking you down to build you up.  We believe in nurturing the entire you…body, mind and spirit,…so you can create the healthy lifestyle you’ve always wanted…and the weight loss results will follow!

Achieving greatness and doing things you don’t are think possible – that is what drives me to help my clients every day.  When I entered the fitness industry I wanted to help others find strength and confidence to overcome adversity.  I wanted to help women especially, who are so critical of themselves and so often can’t find the amazing people who reside deep within.  Who am I to say,” No, you can’t do <<insert your idea here>>?”
You want to lose 50lb?  Let’s do it.
You want to run your first Mud Run at 55 or your first triathlon at 65?  Let’s train you for it.
I never want to hear anyone tell you that you can’t do something.  My job is to help you train and prepare so you CAN do it, whatever your “it” is. For ten years now I’ve had the privilege of helping both men and women to reach their goals; and I can’t wait to help you!
